Program Participation Guidelines

The curriculum offered by Erased Financial Services (EFS) features both collective learning environments and one-on-one consultations. Based on your selected membership tier, you will receive dedicated mentor support throughout your enrollment period. Our mission centers on providing expert guidance and developmental support to facilitate your path to financial achievement. Education stands as our primary objective. While we take great pride in celebrating your achievements, we maintain professional boundaries to ensure a productive and sustainable learning partnership.

Payment Terms and Agreement

By enrolling in our program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All Program sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless explicitly qualifying under the refund conditions stated above.
2. You confirm that all payments made to Erased Financial Services (EFS) are made with your full consent and authorization.
3. You waive any and all rights to:

• Initiate chargebacks
• File payment disputes
• Make claims of fraudulent charges
• Contest services as not delivered
• Dispute products as not received
• Challenge any other aspect of payment legitimacy

Service Delivery

Based on the membership you sign up for, you will receive:

• One comprehensive coaching session focused on financial freedom
• Guidance on debt management
• Information on accessing funding
• Strategies for maintaining exceptional credit
• Business startup consultation
• Access to program materials and resources
• Guidance to taking your cases to court based on your evidence
• Ways to reach a lawyer

No legal advice or representation is offered. All services are educational and research-based. You are self-represented and fully responsible for all filings and decisions. No attorney-client relationship is formed by booking or payment.

Confidentiality and Privacy

1. All Erased Financial Services content is strictly confidential and protected.
2. Sharing or recording of program content is prohibited.
3. Materials, recordings, writings, and consultations must remain private.
4. Violation of confidentiality guidelines will result in immediate program termination without refund.
5. Your information is not shared with any third party without your permission unless it is a legal matter.
6. We do not spam.
7. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third party for marketing purposes.
8. You can easily opt-out of text messages anytime by replying “Stop” to (844) 372-7337 or on our website.
9. Your file is not discussed with anyone else except the consumer.

Program Participation Agreement

Upon registration and payment submission:

1. You enter a legally binding contract with Erased Financial Services.
2. You authorize Erased Financial Services to process charges for program enrollment.
3. You agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation level.
4. Erased Financial Services reserves the right to terminate participation for:

• Disruptive behavior
• Violation of program protocols
• Interference with other participants’ learning experience

This service does not provide legal counsel or act as legal representation. Offerings are strictly educational and based on research. Individuals utilizing these services are acting as their own representatives and bear full responsibility for all submissions and choices made. The act of booking or making a payment does not initiate an attorney-client relationship.

Media Authorization

You grant Erased Financial Services permission to use your:

• Name
• Image
• Voice recordings
• Success stories
• Background information

This authorization applies to all media platforms without geographical or temporal restrictions, and without compensation.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. All program materials remain the exclusive property of Erased Financial Services.
2. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
3. Proprietary information must be kept confidential.
4. Usage is limited to authorized program activities.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge understanding and agreement to all conditions stated above. Erased Financial Services maintains the right to enforce these terms through appropriate legal means, including but not limited to injunctive relief.
