It is NOT a credit transaction. Any negative account furnished to the CRAs is a form of collection, an attempt to collect a debt. Your credit has nothing to do with any court arrangement.
How is E.F.S. different from others?
Know that we do not give up; likewise, knowledgeable of when to transfer a case to a lawyer for best practice.
